Please review the below terms and conditions closely . By purchasing from you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.


Price is subject to change without notice. and its subsidiaries reserve the right to cancel orders based on pricing or other website errors.

All monitors are calibrated differently and cannot guarantee that the images being viewed accurately represents the color shown . We strongly recommend that samples be purchased for review prior to ordering.All finishes are done by hand and are subject to minor color variations up to 15%. Factors that can contribute to color variations are: staining technician, temperature, humidity, die lots and etc. Variations up to 15% are normal and are typical industrial standards. To ensure the best outcome, we recommend that all products going into the same room be ordered together. This will help ensure the less amount of variation.

If needing to match a previous order, it is recommended that you send a color sample for matching purposes. We will do our very best to provide a color match, however it is not guaranteed.

Order Hold:
Customer request to hold orders will be considered on a case by case base and may be subject to a daily storage fee.

Returns and Cancellations:
Unauthorized returns: Custom orders cannot be returned. All other orders must have a Return Authorization Number provided by customer service. Orders that have been returned without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the consignee.

Authorized returned: Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and letter. To expedite the credit process, the authorization number should be written on the outside of the box and the letter should be enclosed with the merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges and appropriate restocking fees.

*Please note, that orders canceled by the customer and or returned with a value of $1,000.00 or more will receive a refund via check and not credit card.  

Restocking Fee:
There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all authorized returns.

QuickShip: Quickship orders ship very quickly and in some cases could even ship same day, though not guaranteed. Quickship orders must be canceled within 3 hours of order placement. Once the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If your order has been packaged and is awaiting shipping, there will be a 15% cancellation fee.
Custom Orders: Custom orders including, but not limited to: custom beams, arches, rafter tails, shutters, mantels, outlookers, truss systems, viga tails, headers and etc. These items are made to your specification. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed 24 hours after order has been received.

Credits and Refunds:
All credits and refunds are processed within 3-4 weeks upon receipt of merchandise.

Rush orders may be arranged in some cases. To see if your order can be expedited, please contact our customer care team at 844-352-3700. If we are able to grant a rush order request, the fee will be $25 or 20% of the total invoice, whichever is greater.
